Our support team is available to assist you from your initial enquiry to becoming a BACS user, right until our software installed and operational at your site.
On the day of installation our engineer will:
- Install Connect-iP
- Create and configure the required profile(s), such as Direct Debits, Supplier Payments and Monthly Payroll
- Configure and test your IP connection to BACS
- Submit to BACS one or more test submissions
